PROVISION OF HIGHER EDUCATION, As per the present policy, overseas college students method the favored Universities/DAIs at once to tightly closed admission, after affirmation of the admission the Universities/DAIs refer the case to HEC for issuance of NOC for scholar visa process.

Higher Education Commission of Pakistan is imparting a six month lookup fellowship overseas to these college students who are enrolled in full time PhD packages in Pakistan.
