Flow to apply for a scholarship? You can apply for a scholarship twice a year: • by 31 Mar. for the autumn term • by 31 August for the spring term. Decisions on the scholarships for the autumn term are made in early April and for the spring term in early September. After the scholarship period, students must send The Finnish National Agency for Education a free-form report, describing the main achievements.
